  2. Did you receive a personal property tax bill and your "Home of Residency" is NOT Virginia?
    If you answered yes, then this is the proper form for you.

    The exempt status does not apply if your "home of residency" is Virginia.

    A reply email will be sent to you from a staff member when the account has been updated or if more information is needed.
