What is required to establish an account for water/sewer service?

To establish an account for water/sewer service to an existing connection, the following is required:

  • Legal Name of the Account Holder(s) - all individuals listed on the Deed or Lease Agreement need to be account holders.
  • Social Security Number or Driver’s License Number with the State issued in.  If a business applicant, provide the Federal Tax ID number.
  • Physical Address of the service location
  • Billing Address
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Rental Lease Agreement**  
  • Deed
  • Photo Identification

**All Rental Lease Agreements must be signed by the Property Management/Owners of the property AND it must be signed by all individuals listed as Tenants to be considered a valid lease.  In addition, the lease agreement should also indicate the tenants are responsible for utilities.
