How do I request a new water/sewer tap, meter, and service connection?

To request a water and/or sewer tap, meter, and service connection, please email [email protected].  

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Property address you are requesting the water and/or sewer tap/service connection
  • Tax Map Number

Your request will be sent to the Engineering and Construction Division for review.  This review generally takes one to three business days. If water and/or sewer service is available to the property address, they will send you a quote and further instructions about how to proceed to obtain water and/or sewer at the property address.
