You can customize your Customer Portal profile through the household Profile. You can find the Household Profile in the drop-down menu under your name in the right-hand corner. The Household Profile will ask specific questions about your household like:
- How many people live in the house?
- How many toilets are in the household?
- Do you water your grass?
- How big is your yard?
Completing the Household Profile will improve the relevancy and accuracy of the Home Water Report generated through the portal.
