How do I customize my WaterSmart Customer Portal profile?

You can customize your Customer Portal profile through the household Profile.  You can find the Household Profile in the drop-down menu under your name in the right-hand corner.  The Household Profile will ask specific questions about your household like:

  • How many people live in the house?
  • How many toilets are in the household?
  • Do you water your grass?
  • How big is your yard?

Completing the Household Profile will improve the relevancy and accuracy of the Home Water Report generated through the portal.
