A community meeting has been planned for the proposed rezoning of the Spotsylvania Towne Centre from commercial to mixed-use for 276 apartments and 500 square feet of commercial space. This 4.8 acres of land currently houses the Sears store and parking lot.
The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 11 at 7 pm in the Salem Baptist Church Fellowship Hall at 4044 Plank Road.
