WaterSmart Program

portal_ipad_woman_1123x749

In 2018, Spotsylvania County Utilities began replacing their old analog water meters with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology to be able to view and track water usage in real-time. With the completion of the installation of over 31,000 automated smart meters in the areas that we serve, we are able to provide our customers with better visibility and tools to help manage water usage, identify potential leaks quicker, and ultimately save money.

View the WaterSmart Program online portal to track your water usage, receive notifications for possible leaks, and pay your bills. You will need your 12-digit account number from your billing statement and your zip code to access your information. Should you have any questions, please call the Spotsylvania County Utilities Customer Service department at 540-507-7300, press option 1.
