The Spotsylvania Victim/Witness Assistance Program was established in 1996 to assist crime victims and witnesses through the judicial process. The purpose of our program is to ensure that victims and witnesses receive fair and compassionate treatment while participating in the court system.
Our program is funded both through the County and through a grant provided by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. The Victim/Witness Assistance Program's office is located in the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney at the Spotsylvania Judicial Center.
