The age determination date is July 31, 2020. A child must turn 6 years old by December 1, 2020 to be eligible for an age waiver to play in the Developmental League only. The registration period for basketball is TBD. A birth certificate is required at the time of registration unless one is already on file with the Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation Department. The registration fee is $45 per person.
Online registration is available beginning the first day of registration. To register online, you will need to know your household ID number and password. To obtain your household ID and password a Household Waiver (PDF) must be completed and on file at the Parks and Recreation office prior to registering online.
Once a household waiver is submitted to the Parks and Recreation Office along with verification of children’s birth date, if not on file, household waivers can take up to 3 business days for processing. No household waivers are processed on the last day of on-time registration. Household waivers are for online registration only. The household waiver is not required when registering in person at the office at Parks and Recreation. Household waivers will NOT be accepted on registration deadline days.
