Information for Individuals with Disabilities


The Court System has adopted a policy of non-discrimination in both employment and in access to its facilities, services, programs, and activities. Individuals with disabilities who need accommodation in order to have access to court facilities or to participate in court system functions are invited to request assistance from court system staff. Individuals with disabilities (not employed by the court system) who believe they have been discriminated against in either employment or in access may file a grievance through local court system officials.
