Community Centers
The purpose of the community centers in Spotsylvania County is to provide a place for voting, meetings, social services, and recreational programs to the citizens of Spotsylvania County residents. The operating policies, rules, and regulations are established by the Board of Supervisors, who may amend, alter, or change such policies as deemed necessary.
Spotsylvania County has four Community Centers that are available to its residents on a first come, first serve basis for meetings, birthdays, etc. Berkeley, Chancellor, Lee's Hill and Todd's Tavern. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance through the Parks and Recreation Department and users are responsible for clean up and trash removal.

To reserve a community center please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 540-507-7529. Alcoholic beverages, smoking, and controlled substances are prohibited in buildings and on premises.

Community Rooms
Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation Department has community rooms that are available for rental at the Marshall Center, located at 8800 Courthouse Road. Available rental hours are:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays - 3 to 11 p.m
- Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays - 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Fees vary. For more information or to rent the facility, please call Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation Department during normal business hours call 540-507-7529, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pavilions
The pavilions we have available to the public are:
- Arritt Park
- Chewning Park
- Loriella Park
- Ni River Reservoir
Policies
Spotsylvania County has five pavilions that are available to its residents on a first come, first serve basis for meetings, birthdays, etc. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance through the Parks and Recreation Department and users are responsible for clean up and trash removal. The Pavilions are covered and hold about 80 people.
All Spotsylvania County residents, groups, clubs, and/or organizations of a social, civic, or recreational nature are eligible to use the pavilion. The Fee is $35 per use. To reserve an outdoor pavilion please call the Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation Department at 540-507-7529.
