Accounting & Procurement

The Office of Accounting & Procurement is responsible for providing financial services to the County, while ensuring compliance with financial policies and legal, regulatory, and professional requirements.   

The functions of this office include accounting and financial reporting; payroll; accounts payable and receivable services; capital asset tracking and depreciation; debt service payments; internal control; procurement of goods and services; coordination of the County’s fraud, waste and abuse hotline; external audit services and outsourced internal audit services; liability insurance management; and oversight of the County’s financial system.
