Employee of the Quarter

To be nominated for this award, an employee (or group of employees) must consistently excel in the areas of customer service. Customers are individuals we serve inside and/or outside of the organization. The candidate must exemplify a characteristic that proves they are a candidate for the award. The nominator is asked to describe a detailed and specific event that demonstrates the employee’s commitment to providing extraordinary customer service. Other areas that are looked at are:

  • Improvement of work processes or increased implemented procedure efficiency
  • Initiative to reduce organizational barriers
  • Fostered collaboration, communication, and cooperation among peers, management staff and/or citizens
  • Sought knowledge about customer issues
  • Performed at a level above and beyond normal job requirements
