COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Spotsylvania County continues to be in frequent contact with the Virginia Department of Health through the Rappahannock Area Health District & Virginia Department of Emergency Management to receive updates on the latest developments of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). We ask that residents practice social distancing, wear masks when in public to prevent infecting others and continue practicing infection prevention and control measures to stop germs from spreading. VACCINATION INFORMATION

Rappahannock Area Health District is currently prioritizing vaccines for individuals included in Phase 1 and all residents of RAHD age 16 and older are now eligible to receive a FREE COVID-19 vaccine under Phase 2.

 VACCINATIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – WALKS-INS WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED.

If you are eligible in Phase 1a, 1b, or 1c and you don’t  find an appointment through VaccineFinder that meets your needs, you may pre-register for a priority appointment and your local health district will contact you within a week to schedule your appointment.
