Ni River Water Treatment Plant

The Ni River Water Treatment Plant was originally constructed in 1974 as a 1 million gallons per day (MGD) facility. It has since been expanded and updated several times to its current rated capacity of 6 MGD with the last update finishing in 2019. The Ni River Water Treatment Plant draws water solely from the Ni River Reservoir.

To ensure that tap water is safe to drink, the U.S. EPA prescribes regulations limiting the amount of certain contaminants in water provided by public water systems. We are dedicated to producing drinking water that meets all federal and state standards. To learn more about our water quality, please visit this link: Water Quality Reports.
