For any questions/inquiries with Comcast, please call the number referenced on your bill, 800-XFINITY (934-6489). These calls are directed into an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, an automated system where you can check your account balance, make appointments, etc., or go into the Comcast call center. The staff at the call center is trained to respond to customer questions and the call center will forward any inquiries requiring local attention to the local office. For Comcast customers who have unburied cable lines on their property for more than 30 days, please contact either Xfinity at 1-800-XFINITY (934-6489) to have them buried, or contact the Spotsylvania County Cable Commission line at 540-507-7650 for assistance in getting these lines buried.
