Rappahannock EMS Council

Purpose

The Rappahannock Emergency Medical Services Council, Incorporated, has been created to establish, operate, administer, and maintain an Emergency Medical Services System, which provides for the arrangement of personnel, facilities, and equipment for the effective and coordinated delivery of emergency health care.

Structure:

Two members, one career representative, and one volunteer/citizen representative, from each of the member  localities referenced above, 6 at large seats, and the Regional Operational Medical Director.

Day and Time of Meetings: 3rd Wednesday every other month beginning in February.

Location: Varies- meeting locations are rotated through the board memberships who agree to host meetings.
