Since 1970, the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) has provided public mental health, mental retardation, substance abuse problems, prevention, and early intervention services to the residents of Planning District 16. We do this through an integrated community-based system of care that is responsive to consumer needs and choices.
