Purpose
A cooperative planning committee called the Fort A.P. Hill Executive Steering Committee (FESC) is established for the purpose of increasing communication, coordination, and collaboration among the Parties.
Structure:
Chairman or Board member from each of four Counties, Spotsylvania, Caroline, Essex, and King George; Mayor or Council Member for Bowling Green and Port Royal; the Fort A.P. Hill Garrison Commander or representative; and a representative of the Office of the Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs, Commonwealth of Virginia
Day and Time of Meetings: 2nd Wednesday of April and September at 9:00am
Location: April meeting at Bowling Green Town Hall and September meeting at Port Royal Town Hall
