    Refuse Decals Required

    Decals are now required to use county-owned convenience centers & the Livingston Landfill. Residential-use only with a maximum of 5 free decals. Residents can apply online and receive decals by mail or pick up in person at the Treasurer's Office. Apply here FREE refuse decals
