General Services
General Services provides and/or coordinates the cleaning and maintenance of County buildings; provides for the collection of refuse and recyclables from County convenience sites; administers, operates and maintains the County landfills and composting facility in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations; and coordinates and promotes recycling, litter control and environmental education programs within the County.
