Real Property Information
At our office, land records, judgments and other records can be accessed through our current land records management system from January 1996 to present. Non-computerized records are available from 1722 through 1995.
Land records are available online by subscription only. Per Virginia Code Section 17.1-279D.1, "Secure remote access to land records shall be by paid subscription service through individual circuit court clerk's offices....".
