MISSION Statement
The Spotsylvania Cable Television & Telecommunications Commission is an advisory group to the Board of Supervisors. The Commission promotes and encourages compliance with the franchise agreement among the cable companies operating within Spotsylvania County, reviews and advises the Board on cable, telecommunications and local infrastructure issues, and promotes the use of PEG channels to keep citizens informed.

Purpose:
The purpose of the Commission is to review citizen complaints, advise the Board of Supervisors regarding advancing technology and opportunities for improvements, increase public participation and awareness, and monitor activities.
