Echecks Accessibility Issue
If you are having problems accessing the County's Echecks Payment Application, please review the information below and make any necessary changes:
Firewall Program:
- In order to access the echecks payment page, your machine may need to be configured to allow access to port TCP 8443 if Windows Firewall or another Firewall program is being used. Port TCP 8443 is a non-standard port for some firewall programs and may need to be added to your exception list in order to proceed.
- For Windows XP Firewall, choose Help & Support from your Start Menu and perform a search on “Firewall” and under Pick a task, select “Add a port”, it will give you step by step instructions on how to do this.
