FAT burning fitness class found here! Following the Tabata training protocol of 8 intervals of 20 seconds pushing YOUR full intensity followed by a 10 second rest period. It's a total body workout of cardio and strength to get your workout done fast while burning maximum calories. All levels welcome, modifications will be shown. Class finishes with abs and a stretch.
